What Wogi is

Wogi is a web app that gives dog owners a personalized daily mission for their dog, covering training, exercise, socialization, health and bonding, along with progress tracking and gamification.

Wogi has a free plan and a paid plan called Wogi Premium. The free plan shows advertising and has usage limits; Premium removes both. What each plan includes is described in the app and on our pricing page, and we may adjust it over time.

The missions are generated from the information you provide about your dog, such as age, breed and energy level. They are general guidance for everyday care, not a diagnosis or a training program designed for an individual animal.

Wogi is not veterinary advice

Nothing in Wogi replaces a licensed veterinarian or a professional dog trainer. We do not diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition.

If your dog shows signs of illness, pain, injury, or sudden behavioral change, contact a veterinarian. Never delay professional care because of something you read in a mission.

You decide whether any suggested activity is safe for your dog on a given day, and you remain responsible for your dog and for the consequences of the activities you choose to do.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and the information you give us must be accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has accessed it.

One account is for one person. Please do not share your login.

The free plan

You can use Wogi for free, with no payment method, for as long as you like. The free plan is supported by advertising.

It has limits — the number of daily missions, the number of dogs, how far back your history goes, and which achievements you can unlock. The app tells you when you reach one.

We may change what the free plan includes. If a change removes something you were relying on, we will tell you before it takes effect.

Wogi Premium and billing

Wogi Premium costs CAD 9.90 per month and renews automatically each month until you cancel. There is no trial period and no minimum term.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Depending on your bank and country, currency conversion or international transaction fees may apply — those are set by your bank, not by us.

If a payment fails, we may retry it. While it is unpaid, your account returns to the free plan; you keep your dogs and your history, and Premium resumes once the payment settles.

We may change the price. If we do, we will let you know at least 30 days beforehand, and the new price will only apply to renewals after that notice. You can cancel before it takes effect.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the settings page in the app, with no cancellation fee and no need to contact us.

When you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. After that your account returns to the free plan — you do not lose your dogs, your missions or your history.

Because you can use Wogi for free before paying anything, monthly payments already made are generally not refunded. If something goes wrong on our side, or if a charge looks wrong to you, write to us at wogipet@gmail.com — we would rather sort it out than argue about it. This does not affect any refund right the law of your country gives you.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to break into the service, disrupt it, scrape it in bulk, resell it, or use it to do anything unlawful or harmful to an animal.

Do not upload content that is sexual, violent, hateful, deceptive, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

You must be at least 18 years old to hold a Wogi account.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that do these things.

Your content

The information you enter about yourself and your dog stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to operate the service for you.

This includes any photo you upload. You keep ownership of your photos; you give us permission to store, resize and display them back to you inside the app. We do not use your photos for advertising, we do not sell them, and we do not use them to train machine-learning models.

You may only upload photos you have the right to upload. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, and never upload photos in which a child is identifiable.

You can delete any photo at any time by editing your dog or deleting your account. Deleting removes the file from our storage.

The app itself — its text, design, code and mission content — belongs to Wogi and may not be copied or redistributed.

Availability

We work to keep Wogi running, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. Maintenance, outages at our infrastructure providers, and bugs happen.

We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you notice and stop charging you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Wogi is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including harm arising from activities you chose to do with your dog.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or willful misconduct.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Wogi after that means you accept the new version.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where Wogi is operated. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protections of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
